As we all know currently we are all living in very uncertain times with the terrible COVID-19 pandemic.
Sadly last year in 2020 we were told to basically shut up shop for the beginning of the season then on July 4th 2020 were allowed to reopen again with obviously sticking to the government guidelines which we done and although we had lots of cancellations we also still managed to get lots of customers away for that very important seaside break.
Our promise to you is the following: (NEW BOOKINGS ONLY)
1/ If we are again shut down by the government and under no circumstances can your booking go ahead we will refund your deposit & any monies paid to date no questions asked.
2/ If the government allow us to reopen but certain areas are not allowed to travel (I.e your area where you live) unfortunately as we are able to offer the the holiday any monies paid inc the deposit is non refundable however we will do our best to work with you to offer you an alternative date to the same value, however if you choose a holiday of a greater value or less value the customer will be required to pay the difference or if its less we will adjust the invoice to suit and refund the difference.
3/ If the customer or anyone on their booking decides to cancel due to shielding, positive test, self isolating etc unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund however again we will work with you and try our upmost to rebook you in for another date that will eventually suit you.
These are very trying times for everyone and we do realise customers frustrations throughout this pandemic however we are not here to keep anyones hard earned money for no reason at all this is the last thing we want to do but just as we say we will do our upmost to get you away at some point if you have to cancel or get cancelled after all this is what we are here for and our business is supplying Holidays and making people happy with it.
*Please Note: The above is for NEW BOOKINGS ONLY BOOKED AFTER JAN 1ST 2021!!Β Any booking that has been carried forward from 2020 season Mar to Oct this does NOT apply.
