We are here to make your Booking experience with us as easy and as straightforward as possible simply take a browse through our Photo Gallery or click on the Chalets & Caravans tab at the top of the main page for details of each property then give us a Call/Text/Whatsapp/Email/Facebook Message with all your requirements and one of our friendly team will do their upmost to place you in the Holiday Accommodation of your choice. If your choice of Accommodation is not available we will hopefully be able to give you an alternate to suit your needs & budget.

Once you have agreed on the Accommodation & Date we will then require a £75.00 Booking/Damage deposit per Week per Accommodation. This will be fully refunded after your stay once the property has been inspected, as soon as we have received your Booking deposit we will then process your Booking and send your Booking Confirmation & our T&CS to your email address given at the time of Booking for signing then that is it you are Booked and ready to go.

48hrs before your check-in day you will receive a Keysafe code from us, each property has a Keysafe fitted to the front for easy check-in so no receptions, no queues 🙂

There is no hidden charges etc what we say the price is at the time of Booking is what you will pay!

We do accept DOGS in certain properties which there is an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per Accommodation, per Booking. Please click on our Chalets & Caravans tab to find out more.

The full balance of any holiday booked is due 4 weeks before your check-in day this can be paid in installments on a monthly basis if you wish (Please ask at time of booking).

We accept online banking only and the Booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking otherwise we cannot hold your required dates unfortunately.

How To Get Your Keys

☆☆ If your booking date is within 4 weeks of your actual checkin date then we will require immediate payment for the remaining balance plus the £75.00 damage bond. When booking online you will be asked to pay the £75.00 via PayPal/Card & that will be all you have to pay until we contact you. We will contact you between 9am & 9pm Mon to Fri & between 10am & 1pm on Sat & Sun.

Very sorry we no longer accept debit or credit cards, Payment must be via Online Banking.

Lovely chalet but rather cold in the winter. An excellent base for visiting all the brilliant places in Great Yarmouth/Norfolk. No WiFi 😢 No evening entertainment as you might get at Butlins/Pontins. Lovely people though and very clean. 2 single beds and bunkbeds are only really any good for children as myself and my 16 year old neice were hanging off the end of the beds 😀 Comfortable though and plenty warm enough at night. Thank you for your review, ok so firstly our chalet & all accommodation around Hemsby area (chalets) to my knowledge are fed with electric only so will have electric wall heaters etc and I agree yes in the winter like anywhere are chilly however unfortunately without gas running through the properties to boilers etc there's not really alot we can do about that im afraid sorry secondly we do not advertise any of our accommodations with WiFi as there is none? You can or could have got WiFi in the cafe which is free. Can I just add that our chalets are fairly priced for families on a budget that just want to get away to the seaside so do make a good base to stay hence the prices we charge!. Thirdly the beds in the twin room are standard sized single beds so really not sure why you was hanging out of them as we've never had any complaints before and the chalet you stayed in is very very popular as you can see from our other reviews the 3 bed 2 storey chalets all have same sized beds so really not sure to be honest? The bunk beds are advertised at point of sale as junior bunk beds as we are not one of these companies to mislead on selling a holiday we are very upfront and if we thought the accommodation wouldn't suit you we would have said at the time of booking. Your particular chalet was an 8 berth so there was the option of using the double sofa-bed at the time again but I personally apologise if the you wasn't happy with the size of single beds. Lastly in October half term on a "normal year" without COVID-19 the main entertainment hall would have been open but we are in the middle of a pandemic and as you also would have been told that the clubhouse & pool like 100s of other holiday establishments that you mentioned would also be closed due to government guidelines?.This is pretty much normal at the moment wherever you chose to stay! I know that Caister haven just not far away from us absolutely nothing was open again due to COVID-19 regulations sadly.Unfortunately this year has been a nightmare for everyone, this year we opened on the 4th July 2020 we done our best to supply Holidays to people that had been locked away for months as most people were just glad to get away and have the chance to travel again yes the park wasn't operating at full capacity but none of the country was!. Let's just hope 2021 is a better year for everyone this way the site will run at its normal full capacity with everything open. We have taken your comments on board and hopefully you can rebook another time when the park & the country is back to some kind of normality and maybe look at a summer break when the weather is a lot warmer 👍 All the very best and very sorry that some things wasn't to your satisfaction Kind regardsJamieChalet Holidays In Hemsby

Another fantastic place we have just stayed in, clean, tidy and well presented this is the second time I've used this company in the last couple of months & stayed in 2 different chalets and my ex partner and my kids love this place so we have now booked for Easter next year with out thinking about it 👍.
