We are here to make your Booking experience with us as easy and as straightforward as possible simply take a browse through our Photo Gallery or click on the Chalets & Caravans tab at the top of the main page for details of each property then give us a Call/Text/Whatsapp/Email/Facebook Message with all your requirements and one of our friendly team will do their upmost to place you in the Holiday Accommodation of your choice. If your choice of Accommodation is not available we will hopefully be able to give you an alternate to suit your needs & budget.
Once you have agreed on the Accommodation & Date we will then require a £75.00 Booking/Damage deposit per Week per Accommodation. This will be fully refunded after your stay once the property has been inspected, as soon as we have received your Booking deposit we will then process your Booking and send your Booking Confirmation & our T&CS to your email address given at the time of Booking for signing then that is it you are Booked and ready to go.
48hrs before your check-in day you will receive a Keysafe code from us, each property has a Keysafe fitted to the front for easy check-in so no receptions, no queues 🙂
There is no hidden charges etc what we say the price is at the time of Booking is what you will pay!
We do accept DOGS in certain properties which there is an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per Accommodation, per Booking. Please click on our Chalets & Caravans tab to find out more.
The full balance of any holiday booked is due 4 weeks before your check-in day this can be paid in installments on a monthly basis if you wish (Please ask at time of booking).
We accept online banking only and the Booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking otherwise we cannot hold your required dates unfortunately.

☆☆ If your booking date is within 4 weeks of your actual checkin date then we will require immediate payment for the remaining balance plus the £75.00 damage bond. When booking online you will be asked to pay the £75.00 via PayPal/Card & that will be all you have to pay until we contact you. We will contact you between 9am & 9pm Mon to Fri & between 10am & 1pm on Sat & Sun.
Very sorry we no longer accept debit or credit cards, Payment must be via Online Banking.
